Toronto Blue Jays

While this jersey looks so small and cheaply made that it couldn't possibly be a real major-league jersey,
the person that I got it from insists that it was a genuine 1979 Spring Training shirt worn by catcher Rick Cerone.
I suppose it could be; why would somebody want to fake a Rick Cerone jersey?

Rick was better known for his play in the Bronx than in Queens, but he had a respectable season with the Mets in 1991.
