Rodney's most celebrated moment in his career came while he was a minor-league outfielder; he was chasing a fly ball, ran into the outfield fence, and crashed completely through it. It made the highlight reels for months. Almost all of Rodney's major-league experience came as a pinch-runner; he is one of the few players to compile a career batting average with the Mets of 1.000. He's shown here on his 1992 Topps Stadium Club card.
